Mediation is the process by which families can negotiate about future arrangements for children with the help of a neutral third party. The mediator does not tell parties what to do, but can help the parties to reach their own agreements amicably, whilst trying to improve communication between them
Quarriers Carer Support Service (Moray)
Quarriers Carer Support Service (Moray) is contracted by The Moray Council to provide information, advice and support to unpaid carers of all ages. Services include: peer support, learning opportunities, emotional support, information resources, quarterly newsletters, e-news, access to short break funding, signposting and referral to condition-specific specialist agencies, and advice on Carer Rights. We welcome contact directly from carers, or referrals from health, social care, education and other agencies.

Moray Citizens Advice Bureau is a local, independent charity which provides free, impartial and confidential advice and information to give you the tools you need to sort out any issues or problems around for example, benefits, work, debt and health.
Moray School Bank
Moray School Bank (MSB) improves the lives of children through providing school uniform, lightening the financial burden of families facing poverty. The support is for anyone facing financial hardship in Moray regardless of working status. The Moray community also can donate new and good condition recycled school uniforms through our drop off points.
Referrals are made through any organisation working with the family such as School, Social Work, Arrows, Quarriers, Health Visitors, Citizens Advice Bureau etc – any organisation which may advocate the family requires support. Community Care Services for Older People
The Moray Council has a commitment to providing quality community care services. We work closely with our partners in the health service, other parts of the council and voluntary organisations to plan, commission and deliver prompt, effective social care services.
The Spark offers free support to work through our relationship difficulties. The Relationship Helpline is a free phone line for anyone struggling with a relationship issue or its impact on their mental health. It offers immediate support and is completely confidential.
