UPDATE October 2020: The GP referral service for Psychological Therapies is not open at the moment due to staffing being used in the NHS Grampian Psychological Resilience Hub.

Specialist Mental Health Support

This service continues to operate differently due to Covid impact on restrictions/regulations.  The main example of this is that as much as possible support is to be delivered by alternative means  rather than face to face.  This could be by phone or using the NHS ‘Near Me’ platform.  Face to face assessments may still be offered, but this would be the exception rather than the rule.  Covid screening is in place for all face to face contacts.

Mental Health & Wellness Centre

Due to concerns about Coronavirus the Mental Health and Wellness Centre is providing telephone and email based support; the building is currently closed for walk-in access.

Like everyone we are trying to adapt and find new ways of working to ensure that we continue to meet the needs of the people of Moray. It is our hope, that we will start delivering virtual workshops and support sessions shortly.

If you have a general enquiry or would like to access our 1st Response Service please call us on 0800 234 3490. Staff are currently available Monday to Friday between 10.00am and 5.00pm, alternatively you can email us at moraywellnesscentre@penumbra.org.uk
