Our practitioners are here to listen and work with you to find meaningful ways of managing your current situation to improve your mental health and wellbeing.
As well as offering a walk-in service (details below) we also run regular group workshops on a number of wellbeing topics which help to promote recovery and encourages individuals to develop new skills to help them cope when things are challenging. We can also provide you with information and direct you toward other resources available in your local community.

If you are feeling overwhelmed, distressed or are simply finding it hard to cope, then our 1st Response service can offer you some short-term support to help anyone over 18 years old manage their mental health and wellbeing.
