Peer Support Service: –
Peer Support is available to anyone in Moray aged 16 years and over.
First contact is made via telephone or email, responded to by a dedicated co-ordinator, their job is to support you to establish if support by us is required or we can help you find the most suitable support that meets your needs.
Peer Support takes place over the course of several weeks to focus on building resilience with the aid of a variety of wellbeing and self-management tools, to support you to achieve recovery. Professional and experienced Peer Workers and Practitioners offer unique insight into their own self-management style of coping to enable you to understand elements of your own mental health. Support takes place in a variety of ways, on the telephone, on a video platform such as Zoom or face to face within your community.
There is no complicated referral pathway, simply call or email to discuss your options, the service is open Monday – Friday 10am – 5pm.
Self-Harm Awareness Training –
Self-Harm Awareness training offers participants and professionals the opportunity to learn ways to support someone who harms. The training objectives are: – Defining and understanding self-harm, causes and recognising self-harm, what is the function of Self-Harm? Self-harm and suicide, responding to someone who Self-Harms and self-help, where to find it.
The training sessions are delivered on video platform Zoom.

Bespoke Wellbeing Workshops: –
Wellbeing workshops offer a group of people, with a likeminded outcome or recognised need, to come together to learn wellbeing tips. These Wellbeing workshops are held at the request of a specific group of people.
The Wellbeing Workshops are delivered on video platform Zoom.
