Peer Support takes place over the course of several weeks to focus on building resilience with the aid of a variety of wellbeing and self-management tools, to support you to achieve recovery.  Professional and experienced Peer Workers and Practitioners offer unique insight into their own self-management style of coping to enable you to understand elements of your own mental health.  Support takes place in a variety of ways, on the telephone, on a video platform such as Zoom or face to face within your community.
