Affa Sair
Affa Sair have a main webpage with information and meditations, as well as a Closed Facebook page where members can post anonymously and may freely discuss their condition and pick up hints and tips from other sufferers together with articles and documents researched by the group. The general public cannot access the page.

Lucy's Lights
Support Group in Moray for Women with autism (or identifying as autistic). Open to all women and non-binary people (biologically female) aged 16+ in Moray and surrounding area with or awaiting a diagnosis of Autism (this can include people who believe they may be autistic!)
Dopamine Dolls
Community and Support Service for women and non-binary people, living with ADHD. We provide a safe space for neurodiverse people to share stories, strategies, and learning. Based in Highlands, but open to Moray.
ICON Families Moray
ICON FAMILIES MORAY are a group of people who meet online every six to eight weeks. Our members have a personal or professional interest in making a difference for neurodiverse families by sharing information, promoting wellbeing and raising awareness within the group.
We also have a useful online resource to support families navigating neurodiversity.
Narcotics Anonymous
Helpline, information, events and peer support meeting lists where there are options available locally, nationally, in-person and online throughout the day as well as audio shares on other members experience on the NA program and staying abstinent.

Mum Days
Mum Days supports all mums, pregnant & birthing people, along with their babies & toddlers. We endeavour to improve health & wellbeing, with opportunities to stay mentally healthy by providing an open, friendly & safe space to relax, connect with others, receive peer support and make connections with local agencies.
Mum Days main focus is to support mums who may feel isolated, anxious or lack the confidence/funds to attend baby/toddler classes or groups in Moray.

At LATNEM we have lived experience. We’ve been there and now provide a safe, free peer support group for mums and birthing people in Scotland.

Children 1st
Children do well when their families do well, so we work with children and families in their homes, local communities and across Scotland. We offer emotional, practical, and financial support to help families to put children first and campaign to uphold the rights of every child.

Parent Network Scotland
At Parent Network Scotland, we advocate peer-to-peer support, acknowledging that parents are equipped with solutions to their challenges. With the guidance of trained Family Facilitators and the support of fellow parents, we believe in empowering parents because we firmly believe that parents matter, and so do their children.
Our organisation supports free family courses for you and your family. All of our courses are run by parents for parents.
Our Family Facilitators ensure that learning is enjoyable for you to enjoy your sessions. We offer many routes to take for ongoing learning for you and your family with course certificates.
