This type of support is provided by organisations that are aimed at addressing specific topics, such as substance use, self-harm and suicidal thoughts, gambling , gaming , love and sex dependencies and eating disorders.

Arrows provides:
- assessment and support for Adults experiencing substance or alcohol misuse
- direct access for Moray Integrated Drug and Alcohol Service
- recovery support, one to one and group
- harm reduction advice
- Naloxone training
- needle exchange

Moray Integrated Drug and Alcohol Services
MIDAS is an integrated service. The Moray Council Social Workers and NHS Grampian Community Psychiatric Nurses and provides:
- Advice and support for drug/alcohol users
- Advice and support to young substance users (with the consent of parents/guardians if under age of 16 year)
- Advice and support to people with complex health and social needs where substance misuse is a factor
- Supporting other services who are working with people who have drug or alcohol related needs
- Substitute prescribing
- Information on how to access free needle exchange
- Home detoxification, advice and support
- Residential Detox and assessment for Rehabilitation services
